Scottish Water are procuring these services for an initial period of three years with the option of an additional five 1-year extensions thereafter.
An outline of our requirements for this procurement are detailed below.
Specialist Leadership development: Our aspiration is for all leaders to ‘Lead with Character’ and the core strategic themes linked to our Transformation are; leading communications, leading change, leading learning and leading performance – underpinned by Psychological Safety.
A number of specific transformative skills areas such as prioritisation, decision-making, digital leadership, agile leadership and leading hybrid teams have also been identified as areas of focus. The target audience could cover c700 people within existing leadership positions in our business. This will include all leaders from first line operational team leaders who manage our field-based employees through to business managers, senior leaders and executives.
The aim for the framework is to provide Scottish Water with the capability to deliver niche and specialist leadership development interventions in specialist subject areas.
We are looking for a number of suppliers to be included who will provide ‘specialist’ services in a range of subject areas / topics. Specialist providers will have deep expertise and extensive experience in providing high-quality development interventions in specialist areas that are relevant to our needs.
