The contract will be structured as a framework separated into lots for each area of the workforce. The proposed lots are as follows: 1)Customer Service (For example Face to Face customer service advisors and telephone based customer service advisors) 2) Environmental Services (For example Refuse and Recycling Operatives, Grounds Maintenance Operatives and Street Cleaners) 3) Housing and Property Service (For example Carpenters and Plumbers) 4) Financial Services (For example Accountants) 5) Human Resources (For example HRBP’s) 6) Administration (All Administration type roles including PA’s) 7) Technology (All IT based roles) 8) Project and Change Management (All project and change management roles) 9) Housing Management (For example tenancy advisors or lettings advisors) 10) Interim Management (All interim management roles above £50k) 11) Legal Services (For example solicitors/paralegals) 12) Property Services (For example surveyors, planners and engineers).
