Please note that the upgrade works element of the contract is not guaranteed, and ForHousing ltd. reserves the right not to issue any Orders in relation to the upgrade works in accordance with the proposed contract terms and conditions as included in the procurement documents.
The scope of work includes ensuring that all communal and emergency lighting systems are functional, efficient, and up to the required standards to enhance the safety and comfort of all residents.
The Contract will be awarded for an initial term of 3 (three) years and thereafter there will be an option to extend the term for a period of further 2 (two) years.
