These Wardens should be SIA approved. Additionally we are interested in an additional Security & Safety Warden at Highbury and Sixth Form campuses to provide a presence across the campus in the form of patrolling during the core teaching hours.

CoPC is seeking to establish a new Contract for these services and for this to run for three (3) years, from September 2024 to July 2027, with the possibility of a 1-year extension subject to satisfactory performance. We are looking at two Options: 1: The successful Bidder shall provide Security & Safety Warden based within the Reception areas for each of the campuses; Option 2: As above PLUS an additional Security & Safety Warden at Highbury and Sixth Form campuses to provide a presence across the campus in the form of patrolling during the core teaching hours.

This is a 2 stage process being carried out under the auspices of the light touch regime, PCR (15). Stage 1 will assess potential bidders capability, capacity and experience to perform the contract using this Single Procurement Document issued by the Delta esourcing platform. Potential bidders will also be required to answer a number of standard questions to do with any potential bidders financial status, insurance and liabilities cover and Mandatory and Discretionary declarations. The outcome of this preliminary process will be to identify up to 5 potential bidders to go forward to the next round of the process, which is the Invitation To Tender (ITT) Stage. The evaluation panel will score any non price proposals inline with the following criteria ; Criteria for Awarding Score 0Unacceptable Tender response supplied fails to grasp/reflect standard or does not provide a proposal core issues and requirements. 1Poor Tender response supplied reflects a very limited understanding of core issues and requirements with significant concerns. Proposal falls short of achieving expected standard in a number of identifiable respects. 2Satisfactory Tender response meets the required standard / expectations in most material respects, but is lacking or inconsistent in others 3Good Response supplied reflects good understanding of core issues and requirements and meets the required standard / expectations in all material respects 4Excellent Response supplied reflects an excellent understanding of core issues and exceeds some or all of the major requirements and/or expectations
