A Public Body wishing to contract under this framework must first sign an Access Agreement, which must be validated, approved and signed off by WHA. There will be no guarantee of work or volume of work to be given under this Framework Agreement.

Where there is a tie in total score (quality plus price) to two decimal places (for the final place on the Framework), WHA reserves the right to accept both Economic Operators onto the Framework Agreement.
