Objective Criteria for choosing the limited number of candidates:
The University will score every PQQ Submission for each Lot and choose the top scoring bidders for invitation to tender. For the Architectural Service we will enlist 6 bidders to the Framework, therefore it is our intention to invite 12 bidders to the ITT Stage but we reserve the right to change this dependent on the success and closeness of the scoring e.g. whether we have 12 suitable bidders or 13 bidders are clearly ahead from the remaining bids so therefore will all be invited. A similar process will apply for the remaining 7 lots, but we only require 3 successful bidders on each Lot other than the Architectural practice so will invite 6 bidders for each Lot to Tender unless the conditions stated earlier on changing the numbers exist.

The University is seeking various Architectural, Engineering, Surveying, and consulting agency services: divided into 8 lots, based on a framework agreement with the intention to commence 1st May 2015 until 31st April 2018 for a duration of 36 months with the option of another 12 months up to 48 months.
