There are 2 current arrangements in place:
1.Alarm Monitoring Services to Jigsaw Homes Tameside and Jigsaw Jomes Midlands. A single contract is in place with an expiry date of 31st July 2025
2.Alarm Monitoring Services to Jigsaw Homes North. A rolling arrangement is in place with a single provider
The key statistics of the Alarm Monitoring Services are:
•Tameside – 24 schemes and 589 connections
•Midlands – 21 schemes and 1,055 connections
•North – 102 schemes and 2,530 connections
Jigsaw is currently 70% through a programme of upgrading social alarm equipment to a digitally ready product in block schemes and replacing hardwired systems to dispersed alarms in standalone properties.

The Contract will last for an initial period of 3 years, with an option to extend at Jigsaw’s discretion for up to 2 additional years, giving a total potential term of 5 years.
