This research project is required to progress towards a more equitable investment in organisations in the Midlands area and ensure leadership is more representative and diverse. The Contractor will be required to conduct in-depth research into disabled leadership in the Midlands that will provide the Arts Council with an up-to-date and comprehensive understanding of structural barriers and future cross-sector opportunities.
