VI.3) Additional Information: The framework will be delivered in 2 lots - one is for higher value, larger schemes (Lot 1) and the other is for lower value, smaller schemes (Lot 2). Subject to confirmation of suitability of such schemes for this framework via feasibility studies which are underway, Lot 1 will include an initial 3 schemes of total value circa 20 000 000 GBP and the potential for further secondary block and whole school schemes up to a total value of circa 250 000 000 GBP (inclusive of initial schemes). Subject to confirmation of suitability of such schemes for this framework via feasibility studies which are underway, Lot 2 will include an initial 8 schemes of total value circa 15 000 000 GBP which will be placed into 2 batches (Batch A and Batch B) and the potential for further secondary block schemes up to a total value of circa 50 000 000 GBP (inclusive of initial schemes). It is intended that this procurement will be used by the ESFA to deliver projects funded by the Priority School Building Programme 2 (‘PSBP2’) and Free Schools Programme but may also be used for the delivery of other ESFA's capital programmes, including (but not limited to) Academies Capital Maintenance Funded schemes, basic needs and potentially other programmes. The ESFA is likely to be the main client of this procurement.
