This is split into 2 lots. Lot 1: Repairs, maintenance, voids, planned replacements & associated works and services Lot 2: Gas Servicing, Electrical works and associated compliance services The contract will be the ACA Standard Form Term Alliance Contract (TAC-1). Works & services are planned to commence in July 2022 Bidders are able to bid for individual or both lots Lot 2 may consist of: Gas servicing Heating repairs / breakdowns Ad hoc boiler replacements Electrical testing and remedials including rewires Emergency lighting testing and works Tenderers should note that the contract does not give any guarantee of any volumes of work or exclusivity.
