Due to the relative split of these areas the Contracting Authority have reviewed their options for the tender services and have indicated the following in relation to the potential award of this contracts. •Lot 1 - All sites in the contract, to be awarded to one supplier, this is the preferred option for the contract base due to contract management and ease of internal Trust management by a single supplier. Added to this the proviso would require the contractor to include a cost base for its own Area Manager, vehicle and on costs to support this role dedicated to the group. •Lot 2 – Clevedon Area only •Lot 3 – Bristol, Keynsham and Bath Area. The cost supplied for this will require an element of dedicated area management to support the contract area. •Lot 4 – Bridgwater Area only.
