For the avoidance of doubt, CITB reserve the right to split the Contract award of each site within a Lot across different bidders. For example Lot 1 – Catering, the Bircham site may be awarded to Bidder A, the Erith site may be awarded to Bidder B, and the Inchinnan site is awarded to Bidder C. Alternatively CITB may award all 3 sites to one Supplier.

CITB are looking to appoint an experienced and highly competent Supplier/s from the 1st January 2023 for a five year period, during which time the contractor will be expected to deliver a cost effective and professional service, developing the business to reduce the cost to the lowest possible levels whilst maintaining excellent standards of operation.
