Active Delta eSourcing users highlighted areas of the system “which they believe would benefit from improvement”. The release of Delta V9.2 aims to improve performance and the user experience but what’s changed?
With Delta V9.2, public sector buyers can now create a “Price” question in an Invitation To Tender (ITT). This efficient addition means that suppliers can now respond to buyers with a bid amount. This is all done via the software, which means that the system will score the price automatically and rank suppliers.
Another thing which is changing is that the evaluation plan can now be split to give a certain percentage of the weightings to both the Technical and Pricing sections.
