The original notice was as follows: The works will comprise all types of Construction and associated services and may include design and other services as required to deliver External Works. The work is to take place in the East Midlands (UKF) and South Yorkshire (UKE3). The minimum annual turnover requirement for this Lot is £600,000.00. Since the award of lot 6 (ref Arc108.6) Arc Partnership have seen a considerable increase in work requiring the removal of asbestos as well as an increase due to external financial pressures. We are therefore modifying and increasing the contract award value to provide sufficient time to allow for a separate procurement and contract to be established.
