      II.2.4) Description of the procurement: The parks cover 191 hectares and comprise numerous gardens and avenues, sports pitches, amenity grassland, water bodies, natural greens space and park drives. The Regent's Park hosts numerous events including major arts and food festivals. The Regent's Park and Primrose Hill are Grade I and Grade II listed landscapes respectively, they contain listed structures, they are also locally designated for nature conservation interest. Contract work is undertaken by a group of approximately 45 staff. A significant resource is required to ensure the park remains litter free and waste is managed as sustainably as possible.
