Lots are open for bids from all potential providers, but we particularly welcome responses from voluntary and community sector organisations. It will be a multi-supplier Framework of Providers who are able to deliver employment support and support to address barriers for the groups below: Lot 1: Economically Inactive and at a significant disadvantage for entry into the labour market Lot 2: Risk of NEET Lot 3: NEET Lot 4: NEET Re engagement
