| Short Description: | As part of the Private Sector consortium’s PFI contracts for HM Treasury and HM Revenue and Customs at Great George Street London, Contracts that have been running since 2002 and 2004 respectively and now the following soft FM services are being retendered. The future contracts will be for a maximum of 5 years, will be required to be delivered to a very high standard and will also be subject to a Payment Mechanism deduction scheme. As security at the building, which covers around 90,000 sqm, is very high, all staff will require CTC clearance before starting work.
