Firms specialising in works to heritage buildings will be preferred. Membership of the Stone Federation Great Britain will be required. • Evidence of experience of acting as main contractor for a project of this type and scale, including competence to act as principal contractor for the purposes of CDM regulations • Evidence of a satisfactory Health and Safety Policy and record. |
