Each of our five regions is expected to deliver 350 to 1,000 units per annum through private and public land led opportunities, regeneration of our existing Estate, an affordable grant programme and PRS opportunities. We are seeking to deliver new homes of all tenures on our own and through partnerships and joint ventures.
